Notes:
Please use Bid Form 96 (Revised 2005). Each form needs to be Notarized in only one place.
Only one complete set of financial information, chemical labels, spraying licenses, etc. is necessary to be submitted with multiple bids.
Spray Contractors:
Cattail infestations need special attention.
Three additional ditches have been added to Category Two – Broadleaf/Brush spraying – Barnett, Cypress Dale Maddox & Edmond.
Excavators/Heavy Equipment Operators:
There are three projects included in SP-200 "BID SCHEDULES" which may be of interest:
Henry Ditch – pages 49-51, Maidlow Ditch – pages 52-54 and Pond Flat Main Ditch – pages 55-58. Mandatory on-site pre-bid meetings at the project sites will be held on a date between March 17, 2010 and March 25, 2010 for Maidlow and Pond Flat Main projects.
