Description
of Work Areas: Kelly Ditch
beginning at the Warrick County line on the South side of the Southern Railroad
(South of and accessible from Morgan Avenue); thence Southwesterly under I-164
and to the intersection of Morgan Avenue and Burkhardt Road.
Nurrenbern Ditch begins at the intersection of
Lincoln Avenue and Fuquay Road; thence North along the East side of Fuquay Road
to the Lloyd Expressway; thence continue North under I-164, Oak Grove Road, and
to Kelly Ditch at the Southern Railroad. However only that portion of
Nurrenbern NORTH of the Lloyd Expressway to Kelly Ditch shall be treated.
Stockfleth
Ditch beginning on the North side of the Lloyd Expressway 1/4
mile West of Burkhardt Road; thence North, under Oak Grove Road, to the Hirsch
Ditch/Crawford-Brandeis Ditch intersection at Morgan Avenue.
The bidder shall submit a bid using Bid Schedule
SP-204.01 ESU S1/2 PORTIONS - STERILIZATION and showing one price per lineal
foot of ditch which price the bidder is willing to receive as payment for the
sterilization of KELLY, NURRENBERN (portion), and STOCKFLETH DITCHES as
described in the General Specifications and the Special Provisions; and in
accordance with all laws and regulations governing such work.
The Bidder shall attach the
corresponding Bid Schedule to properly executed Bid Form 96 (Revised 2000).
