remove an obstruction to the natural surface watercourse or drain that exists
on your property and is adversely affecting the drainage of storm water from
my/our property. The obstruction consists of the following materials:

cause more full and proper drainage of my/our property. If the obstruction is
not removed, or arrangements to remove the obstruction are not confirmed within
ten (10) days of the receipt of this letter, the undersigned property owner
intends to file a petition with the Vanderburgh County Drainage Board
requesting an order to remove the obstruction per IC
